The fares include fuel, driver and insurance to passengers.
The default value added tax is 5.5%.
Mileage and time are calculated from the place and time provided by the customer for support until the final destination. The overtime and / or mileage not included in the initial quote will be added to the final bill. The overtime is subject to approval by the driver because of the planning service and / or regulations on driving hours. Every started hour is payable.
We demand respect for the material. Any damage to the equipment will be charged. Degradation of equipment or other internal damage to the vehicle or other vehicles, for example at the opening of doors, will be the responsibility of the person placing the transport order, the latter accepting responsibility for her himself and the entire group assembled in advance. To this end, please let the driver open the doors.
Tolls and parking are charged to the customer.
We are not responsible for personal belongings (not baggage, having given the issue of a coupon) forgotten in our vehicles or elsewhere during the service.
The contribution of food and beverages is prohibited on exterior.
No pets are allowed in our vehicles.
We reserve the right to terminate the service if the current customer behavior endangers his safety and that of other passengers, the driver or the vehicle. In such cases, the customer may not claim a refund of the service. It is the same if one or more passengers behave insulting. The driver instructed to respect and enforce the laws. In no case clients will not require the driver to commit crimes or traffic violates any rules.
If abnormal cleaning of the vehicle (Ex: Voluntary screening liquids, vomit, ...) an additional sum of € 300.00 will be charged.
Thank you not to smoke or consume food on board.
Linking with institutions (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, etc. ...) does not in any way guarantee admission to these institutions. The management of these reserves the final right of admission.
Terms of payment: A deposit ranging from 50 to 300 € is required for proper consideration of the same order. Any order or quote is subject to acceptance by us. A deposit invoice will be provided by us on request. The balance is due at the beginning of the service either by credit card or cash up to € 3,000.00. In case of non payment, the benefit will not be made. In any case, this does not entitle to a refund of the deposit, or compensation.
To get a refund for a down payment, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before delivery, the customer expressly agrees.
Cheque payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing. All orders are subject to acceptance. Force majeure: The benefit may be interrupted or canceled without this giving rise to a refund of the deposit or the amount of benefit in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable (Ex: natural disaster, restrictions movement announced less than 36 hours before delivery, other types of events to prevent or restrict the movement of motorized vehicles.). All overtime is subject to the consent of the driver because of the schedule. Some tracks are unsuitable for the movement of limousines because of their size, the driver just refuse to engage in some of them (Ex: unpaved lanes, lanes too narrow, the presence of speed humps).
